Smothered burritos with cheese, onion, rice,& beans are my favorite stuff to order from La Puente. The employees are friendly, helpful, and really done a awesome job cleaning up right after customers were finished ( thanks Corona Virus) either eating, or picking up there take outs. Witnessed a female staff responding annoyingly to a customer who clearly was not English speaking. She could have had more tact and patience. The store was really clean, pie case was full and looked beautiful, and the bathrooms didn't smell like someone just finished business in there. Mike, the manager, took time to stop by and made sure I had everything I needed. My server, Tiffany, was sweet, checked on me often, and overall did an outstanding job. “This has been my go to food delivery place for over two years now. Delivery is always faster than estimated, prices are fair, and food is delicious. I always get sweet and sour something (chicken, pork, it's all fantastic here) and pair it with something I haven't tried yet. My favorite lo mien ever. I only deducted one star because they really need to update the website and bring it in house. There are free services that you can make a better website on in a couple hours. I use their employees for delivery... they're always friendly and professional. Trying to get delivery through GrubHub or DoorDash is playing Russian roulette.”
