(August 18, 2020, 12:16 pm)It's the arby's closest to my house and I visit all the time. The food is on point, and the waits are not too bad. Since I end up getting fresh every time, I don't mind. My only issue is that customer service has been getting worse over the last few weeks. They used to be super friendly, even if it was only though the drive though speaker. However they have started being abrupt, and not nearly as welcoming. For now, they still earned 5 stars, but if the friendliness keeps dropping off, I might change my rating

(August 17, 2020, 12:30 am)This place is really hit or miss. Sometimes my food is perfect and fresh. Other times like today it is cold and sloppy. I love Arby's specifically there Buffalo chicken sliders, chicken cord on blu, fries, and jalapeño bites.
