    Just have to give a shout out the the amazing service I just received here. The young man, made friends with every customer coming in, working on his own but was fast friendly and personable. I wish I had asked his name to include it in this review. Great work! We will be back

    I wasn't able to review on the subway website as I threw away my receipt. I really hope someone in management sees this.

    I came in to a really busy store today and was served by a man named Xavier. He had a brand new employee and only him in the store there with a really long line of customers.

    However, he was calm and efficient, training while still maintaining professionalism and speed helping out customers. I noticed him instructing his trainee about cleanliness and accuracy when taking orders. He also apologized to each customer about the wait

    I was extremely impressed with his grace and politeness. Whatever small amount you guys are paying him is not enough. He deserves a raise or at least consideration for promotion
