My husband and I go to Fat Fish at least once a month. We like to split a large bowl of pho and share a few sushi rolls. The food always tastes very fresh and the quality is ?.
As my wife and I try to support local during the quarantine, we decided to give these guys a shot. We are by no means sushi snobs, but we also aren't too picky either. We got the Red Sun, Albacore Garlic and the Blazing Jazz rolls. The rolls are smaller than other sushi restaurants in town but the flavors were out of this world. Highly recommend it.
By far has to in the top 5 in the state. The food is phenomenal and the pricing is even better. Wether your a first timer or a long time sushi eater this place has something for everyone. The staff is always cheery and the variety of rolls is perfect. It’s a must
Fat Fish was a very good experience and excellent value. My buddy and I took a trip to West Valley specifically to try the sushi that so many had raved about. We went on a weekday evening, it was a good crowd, but not too busy. We were greeted quickly and taken to a table. We started an appetizer, it was calamari, and ordered drinks. While looking at the menu, we noticed an all you can eat sushi deal for weekdays until 6:00 - $25.00 per person, and it includes anything on the menu, like our appetizer. We started with two rolls each, and as those finished we ordered one more each. Prices were $8, 10, and 11. We ended up ordering nine rolls in all, plus the calamari. I'd say that was a fantastic value! Overall, we both really liked Fat Fish. He liked it more than I did, but I think anyone would be happy eating here. If you're in the neighborhood, you really should stop in, or like us, make a special trip.
My wife and I absolutely love Fat Fish. We usually come here for dinner when we want some fresh and delicious, but still super affordable sushi. The food is always delicious, and the service is always great. Our favorite server, Christa, always was very attentive, and when she wasn't serving us, she always made sure to say hi. She no longer works at Fat Fish, but we did become friends with her and will say hello every now and then. The rest of the servers there are just as great. All I know is, great service is something we always look for, as it has the power to enhance or ruin your experience. Great-tasting food isn't worth it to us when the service does not match, and Fat Fish is definitely doing something right.
Fat Fish does also have a secret menu, and it is definitely worth a try!
