“This was the first time we came into this place. The food was fresh hot and delicious I got the Excerswiss and mushroom burger. The burger was very tender and juicy not to mention large. My daughter got the Fowling. It was one of their newer menu items it had chicken bacon ranch it was a great size and delicious the burgers and sandwich came with steak fries and for a small fee you could add onion ring. The onion rings were incredible not greasy like many other places. I would recommend this place for a great burger. The atmosphere is surrounded by horror movie memorabilia. The place was clean and service was great.”

“Amazing food! Amazing place! This is the best Chinese food that I have had in the US. I’ve tried many Chinese places but this one is definitely top notch. Their service was great. Our waitress was super sweet and she answered a couple of questions that we had in a very nice way. Keep in mind, the portions are BIG. Two people can easily share one plate. They are very generous with the amount of food that they serve. Their prices are very fair and they serve a lot of food, which is great. We had their papelon con limon to drink and it was soo good! They also gave us coffee for free after our meal and that made the experience way better. We were on vacation and went here because a friend of mine recommended it. I wish we had a place like this in Orlando, FL. If you are Chinese food fanatic, you MUST visit this place. You will thank me later ☺️ If you are from Venezuela, esta es la mejor comida china/Venezolana que vas a probar. 100% recomendada. El papelon con limón es otro nivel! “You must experience this old school diner vibe in West Valley City, Utah and you’ll soon find out why Ogies Cafe is something special. You can easily tell it’s history runs deep as it’s been open 40+ years on the same corner. Full disclosure: I’ve been coming here since I was a kid growing up on the area I wanted to share my thoughts as I’m very happy to see this place consistently thrive from the regulars frequenting the square bar, the smell of fresh breakfast being cooked to the lines out the doors on any given weekend Ogies is always worth the wait! I usually their ‘Special Burrito’ no ham, add bacon, sausage, diced mushrooms, onions and green peppers on top with extra smothering green chili. That’s “Vallejo Style” it’s a big burrito that fills a large plate. Great for enjoying half at the diner and the other half later for some flawless leftovers. Today I went with my second favorite their Veggie Skillet with bacon, sausage and side of green chili to smoother it up nicely. 👌🏼 Any breakfast item is delicious, their golden hash browns are crave worthy and if you want lunch you won’t be disappointed by their burgers and home cooked fries. Ogies = Special”

Finally finally a good Peruvian Food Restaurant here in Utah one of the best Pollo a La Brasa (rotisserie chicken) Peruvian style finally a restaurant that used a real rotisserie oven to make el Pollo La Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken). There Mayonnaise is homemade, there Ají verde(Peruvian Hot Sauce) is homemade, and their Salsa Tártara (tarter sauce) it homemade which it a must have with their Jalea (breaded seafood plate) or any breaded seafood. I order it to go for one of my relatives so the pictures won’t make it justice, but it was amazing, I myself order Seco de Carnero (Lamb leg dish) it was tasteful!! I will be coming back to try other dish!! The owner is such a nice person and has great customer service. But be patients with the staff since it a new restaurant and they are getting the flow of it. Again I highly recommend. And like I always say “Support your local small businesses””

“My grandpa and I broke down there last Friday (7/29/22) his car was smoking and I was stressed out as I am his driver and he just broke a few ribs a few days prior. The two female attendants there were so amazing. I got the one girls name, Brandy, but I didn’t get the redheads name. Anyway, without even asking for help Brandy came out and brought u a few bottles of water then the other girl came out a few minutes later and helped me check my transmission fluid and oil. She then took me inside, found the oil I needed, opened a register to help me, and then came outside to help me out the oil in the van!!!! WE NEED MOTE PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN THE WORLD!!! It took ten min of their day to totally change mine and to make my stress go away. PLEASE!!! IF A HIGHER UP SEES THIS RATING, GIVE THESE LADIES WELL DESERVED RECOGNITION FOR THEIR ACTS OF KINDNESS.”

“My husband and I came here on a whim because he was really craving tacos and we were driving by. We’re typically very weary of taco trucks as we’ve had very bad experiences thus far. Seems like most taco trucks are overpriced and greedy with their food. Each taco is $2.50 but they do put a decent amount of meat on the tortillas and the tortillas seem to be regular size. You definitely take more than two bites. They had fresh veggies for you to garnish your food and the food seemed fresh. Probably one of the better trucks around. Will come again as long as they don’t change.”

“Just went here for the first time, and the staff were very welcoming and treated me very well. The place is clean, well kept, and the food is made fresh when you order. The building also offers a really nice view of the sunset if you eat dinner here. Update June 13, 2019: The staff always smile and greet you with a warm welcome. They will even customize your food to order if you ask nicely. This is one of the last burger restaurants on the west side of Salt Lake that still has a small-town vibe. My favorite part of dining here is that you get to see your meal cooked fresh in front of your eyes. It really gives the place a bit of a classic diner feeling. This place is definitely a must-visit if you enjoy fresh-cooked food.”

“Went for a quick bite and were attended well. They were quick to get us our order. Everything looked very clean and they had sanitizer and napkins. The vegetables cooler also seemed very clean and organized. The tacos were at a good price and were tasty. I had four and tasted all different types to try, next time will try different ones to see how they taste. Great little place!”
