“Best bagels in the WORLD!!! It was my daughters 13th birthday and she LOVES Einstein Bros Bagels. So we ordered some to the door of our hotel and when we go the box it had something special in it: a sweet handwritten note wishing her a happy birthday! We thank Einsteins Bros Bagels for taking the extra time in the morning to write my daughter a birthday card. I FULLY recommend going here for a delicious breakfast with your family!”

Love the niche breakfast, the ambiance is fantastic, staff are friendly and attentive. If you find yourself going to the Park Cafe(also fantastic salt lake restaurant) but don’t feel inclined to wait 45 minutes for a table, go to cafe Niche. You’ll be seated immediately almost certainly. Which is odd given the popularity of brunch in this town. I feel like Cafe Niche is a bit of a secret. This is my favorite spot for breakfast/brunch in this city, possibly the world.”

“I visit this cafe whenever I don't bring my lunch or breakfast. The customer service is very good, the staff are all VERY friendly. The food is good with a lot of options to choose from: Made to order grill items for breakfast or lunch, salad bar, sandwich bar, frozen yogurt, bottled beverages, coffee, tea, or an entree station as well as soup. There is ample seating and the eating area is very nice (open and well lit). Breakfast is 8ish (maybe earlier) to 10 am and lunch is from 11 am to 2 pm. Sometimes they run out of entree station item or soup, so go early if that's what you want. I recommend this cafe for a fast convenient bite.”

“I am a pretty regular customer here, coming in at least 4-5 times a week. they must of gotten a new weekend baker because the last two weekends I have noticed a big difference. The bagels seem to look a lot better, they have a better amount of toppings on them. The pastries also look a lot better, they have a good looking amount of icing on them. unlike weekdays where they barely get anything on them. who ever it is should be baking more often they seem to really care about presentation. were as the week baker he seems to just bake like its his job, no care is put into it.”

“I've already left these guys 5 stars, but I felt the need to come back and elaborate. These guys do everything fresh and they value meal timing. That's something I have to appreciate as a restaurant worker in the world of upscale dining. The food here is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The meat pie is one of my favorite $5 lunches anywhere. Customer service is beyond friendly and I like conversing with the staff when they aren't busy. This is one of the Salt Lake Valley's hidden gems in my opinion. I recommend it to all of my friends, and now I recommend it to the people of Google. I'm also a lover of middle eastern coffee and the ability to get it here. On a quick side note: my apologies to the staff for calling it "Turkish Coffee". That's what I knew it as growing up and while you guys didn't say anything about it, I realized as soon as it left my mouth it was an insult. My bad. Forgive my "white dude" mistake...”

“A cozy spot with cheap prices and plentiful portions, but not the greatest breakfast. This place was busy when we went on a Sunday morning, and the service was friendly and attentive despite our large group and the crowd. The bacon was great but the biscuits were so big and so dry they tasted like hamburger buns rather than breakfast. The gravy was basic but not bad. My boyfriend had the Sharon's special, as did a few of the others in the group, and they were happier with their meals than the biscuit crowd was.”
