“This was exactly the meal I wanted while in the Utah outback. Hearty food in a good atmosphere. I got the Flat Iron meal which was the lowest price steak. It was served with beans, a piece of Texas Toast (garlic bread) and a salad. The salad was very basic and the beans were a bit watery for my liking, but steak was good and I enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. They do not have an alcohol license so you will need to BYO if you want to enjoy a beer with your meal. Service is good and the payment terminal is surprisingly modern.”
