The Over Bite

So happy to have this restaurant in our small town! I went this morning to check it out and was pleasantly surprised by the space. The owners have done a really nice job with the layout of the restaurant. I got a cup of coffee, hatch green chili bagel sandwich and a smoothie. It was all tasty and very affordable! They open at 6am which alone is AMAZING! I'm often in town doing laundry super early so it's wonderful to have a spot that I can grab a coffee and a smoothie on my way home.
My husband and I went back that same afternoon after running errands to grab a quick bite. We got the antipasto salad and an ice coffee. SOOOO tasty! They did not skimp on the size of salad. It was overloaded with all kinds of goodies that I couldn't even finish it!
As they just opened, they seem to be busy already and their fresh smoothies seem to be a real hit. Lots of flavor options and at a reasonable price.
Staff is new and is already doing a great job. Friendly, move fast and attentive.
This is a great spot for any meal of the day and I'm looking forward to coming back and supporting another great business in Monticello!
