The gentleman that took our order was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect drinks. The Flu Shot (a juice shot) was also very delicious and warmed the belly. “Great Pho place in the Pioneer Square neighborhood. Offering a great variety of ways to get you Pho. I had chicken noodle based soup with dark meat chicken and my wife choose vegetable broth with light meat chicken and tofu. We added in the complimentary basil and bean sprouts and seasoned with hot sauce and hosin to our liking. Both turned out excellent and satisfying. We really appreciated the portion options too. The fried chicken was so flaky and moist and full of flavor, and the presentation, as you can see, was beautiful. We will be returning here every time we come to Park City. “We ordered take-out fajitas. The meat was really good, but a full order should come with more than 3 tortillas. We thought when we ordered a full, we would have enough food for 2 but it definitely wasn’t enough. We also ordered chips and salsa and only got a microscopic container (equal to a small fry sauce container) of salsa and 2 guacamole’s (which we said we didn’t want). We were so excited to try these guys but were very disappointed.”

Good selection and friendly staff as well. And given the burger/sandwich/bagel place that shares that same building (and is also very good), it is a great option if you’re in the mood for Mexican but someone you’re dining would rather go for American food.”

“This location is relatively new they moved from down the street to this new location. The new location is far smaller and seating is akin to sitting in a railway station: cramped, uncomfortable and right in the way of foot traffic. The food is typical Subway, which I do like. Not always fresh, part for the course at Subway. Staff is always friendly, no complaints at all.”

“I came here for a conference and my wife and I were both stunned by the beautiful views. The entire Hotel is majestic and grand. The Apex was no exception. Wife ordered a turkey club, they made it with gluten free bread for her - she loved their bread. Side was an anchovy Caesar salad which was perfect. I had an apex burger - it was delicious. I had fries and a pickle as my side. The restaurant has lots of space inside and outside, as well as a firepit! Coffee is great too. Wide tea selection.”

He’s incredible passionate about his job and if you ask, he will teach you so much about the food. TJ and Julianna also took very good care of me. I had the Toro hand roll, sushi nachos (YUM), a Peruvian-inspired Gazpacho dish w/ Japanese snapper, and a king crab dish that melted in my mouth. I rather enjoyed the ‘Bee-Utah-Full’ cocktail - the lavender on top of the egg white foam was perfection! Sit at the sushi bar if you can. My expectations were shattered and I cannot wait to come back for another meal!”

“We were surprised to find this place inside a hotel so it was very empty when we went for lunch, but the food was very good. My wife chose it because she saw a photo of the tuna nachos. They were good, however we decided to make them better by adding green onion and avocado. It would be a perfect dish if those were included. The size of the plates were huge, the nachos were definitely too much for one person. The turkey club sandwich was very good, however half the bread was nicely toasted and the other half was completely soggy.”
