Especially the little message left for us on the table when we first arrive. The servers were all very polite, nice, and tentative to our needs. Made some small talk and had a few laughs. Then the food started to come out and that is when I knew my wife was gonna love this place even more! She has never been so when the atmosphere, the professionalism of the servers, combined with the quality of the food. It is an experience she won't soon forget! “Overall, the ambiance and food were delightful. However, the only reason for the loss of a star was due to the fact that we ordered a charcuterie & cheese for two. This came highly recommended by our server only to find that it was sub par and very underwhelming for two people. For us, this was a waste of money and we would not think twice about getting this again at all. Our other menu items the chicken fettuccine and shrimp spaghetti were great and luckily redeemed what was lost on the appetizer.”

“Friendly service... their Sourdough pancakes were really good! The fresh squeezed orange juice was just right. Location was right under our hotel so it was super convenient and easy to get to. The staff had taken precautions with the silverware so people who might be sick couldn’t infect others. I thought that was very forward thinking. I would definitely eat here again when I am in town.”

“The food is excellent. The calamari is by far the best I've ever had it was fresh and very soft unlike most places you get calamari it usually ends up somewhat chewy. The restaurant is very big so it made it easy to hear what the people at your table are saying. The decor is traditional Italian it has what you would expect a higher end Italian restaurant to have. Service was absolutely phenomenal drinks were always kept filled. Server was very knowledgeable of the menu. Price was very reasonable for a restaurant up in Park City.”

“I have been eating at Sushi Blue for the past couple of years. Typically, the menu and service are both excellent. Tonight was different. I stopped by to pick up take-out. The fish had gone bad - which, to be fair, could be a consequence of COVID-era Supply Chain dynamics. They still shouldn’t feed it to people. I specifically asked for extra eel sauce, extra extra pickled ginger, & extra extra extra wasabi (I wish I could order all those sides by the pint) - and offered to pay whatever necessary for those sides. I received nothing. Even if the fish hadn’t gone bad, I still would have thrown it out because I don’t see the point of eating sushi without massive piles of pickled ginger, wasabi, eel sauce, & soy sauce.”

The staff is welcoming and attentive, there's never been a menu item we didn't love, and they have a fantastic cocktail list in addition to their extensive offering of beers.
