I've had their steak tips and mashed potatoes before and they are amazing. Had a salad today and it was great. I'm excited to go back and try several other of the dishes.
For what it is, it's very good.
It is a affordable place to get tasty food that's above fast food.
It is NOT the best food ever, nor is it the perfect spot for a nice date.
I have liked the meat sandwiches and the steak dinner.
I loved the Fried Risotto. Marginal fries appetizer (forgot the name) and good artichoke dip.
It's worth coming if you haven't been but I just don't want to overhype it because it's not The Foundry Grill.
I haven't written a review for a restaurant in a long time. I came here once, had to come back a second time just to make sure it wasn't a fluke, and enjoyed it enough that I decided I had to share.
Both times I came here I got the steak tacos. These tacos are absolutely to die for. Most steak tacos have hard, well-done, chewy steak. Not this place. Both times, the steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and completely fell apart in my mouth. Everything else on the taco added great flavor and balanced everything out. (If you don't like spicy, maybe ask for them to leave the little pepper slices off, as they've got some kick to them. I personally enjoyed them.)
The sweet potato fries were hot, crispy, thick, and delicious. Nothing to complain about there.
I absolutely plan on coming back to continue trying more of their menu.
Upscale American cuisine.
We probably showed up at a bad time. We took the last empty table, and there were a lot of numbers sitting on tables, so we had a bit of a wait. The burger and sweet potato fries was really good, and the steak was tender. The beehive fries were a little soggy. I think they may have sat for a while. They came out after we reminded the server.
The main items were really good, so I'll try again another time.
Shut the door! This place was really really good, everything from the service to the food and restaurant. David was very helpful with making recommendations and I’m sure glad I took him up on the Tri Tip because it was absolutely awesome with the BBQ. Wished they had iced tea to go with this awesome meal but maybe in the future they will consider it. New place and super clean with a friendly staff.
