Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I first had Zaxby's in NC and loved it. It's been ok since then. Today's meal took me back to Charlotte and no one does sweet iced tea like the South!

Good food but pricey for what you actually get.

The customer service has always been good at this particular Zaxby’s and we frequent the one in Midvale and Sandy often as well. Last night the manager went above and beyond. Great customer service and we live in Draper and will make the drive to get this type of customer service and great food. The chicken fingers and the sweet and sour wings were hot, fresh, and on point. Thank you so much. Our family left feeling full and we were treated like VIPs. We didn’t get the name of the shift manager who was great gentleman but he treated us great. Thank you. See you soon.

Not busy on a Tuesday night and their food feels homemade and fresh I had their Cajun club and chicken was super moist.

For a fast food restaurant the food is much better than most IF you get the right thing! I will say for fast food though ya about the slowest food I’ve ordered at a fast food place. I don’t normally complain if the food takes a while, but since we were some of the only people there it took a while and this was my second time at this restaurant. If you want fast food you would probably get your food faster at the restaurants next door no matter how busy they are. The food was pretty good though, but I don’t know if I would go back because for the slow service.
