They need to have a tent outside to assist people and kids who can't access the drive up window during this pandemic. My kids have been stuck waiting outside for 40 minutes at times just to get a burger and a shake. Ive gone over there personally and talked to them and was told they would get there tent out and assist people.
The food is always fresh and hot, and the employees have been very kind. We always get what we order and have never had any issues. The ice cream is delicious as always, and we will definitely keep going back to this location.
Article circles are all about the same. Decent for kids ice cream. This artic circle location is so unbelievably slow no matter what time or day you show up. They might be under staffed.
