Funday with Sunshine

I signed up with a fun day with sunshine for a masterclass with some friends. Sunshine was very easy to talk with and she was super easy to work with. She helped customize a large beautiful menu with suggestions from us. She was able to accomadate food restrictions like dairy free and other allergies.

We went to her house and we were able to learn how to cook real authentic Indian food. I have never smelled food so good! She offered ways to cook things easy or more difficult. It worked well for every level, and she taught me how to cut chicken the right way! I had never known there was a wrong way.

We had the most AMAZING date night with Sunshine. She customized a menu specifically for us (taking into account dietary needs) and taught us how to prepare some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted! I definitely recommend Sunshine for your next date night! Communication from the moment I reached out was flawless, answering all my questions and asking us for as much information as she needed in order to make our night special.
Her directions are easy to follow, and all her explanations made everything make sense! Learning about spices and why Indian food uses what they use just added to the fun and entertainment of the whole evening. Sunshine supplied all the recipes we learned to take home and practice on our own, offering further help if we needed it. There was enough food for dinner the next night also and tasted just as good as leftovers! Go try this! SO worth it! (Request her samosas with mint chutney - SO good that we forgot to take a picture before eating them all!)

My daughter and I had the best time going to this authentic Indian cooking class! She was such a wonderful host and offered us yummy snacks while we waited for the yummy meal to be done. We learned so many different recipes and even a yummy mango drink. I highly recommend this as a fun friends group event or a romantic date night. I cannot wait to make this at home!
