I have been coming to the store since it opened, sometimes multiple times a week. There has been agreed since school ended of inconsistent service and product quality. I have seen a lot of the same staff become indifferent and new staff that are not well trained.
There is a particular staff, that if they are working, I won't go in. I hope you guys can get back on track. The owners presence makes a difference.
These nutrient packed shakes are overflowing with flavor while being light in calories. I have tried 6 different varieties and they have all been delicious! The shakes make a perfect light bunch/lunch, or post workout snack. The customer service has been excellent each time I've gone. I've only had great experiences here, and I'm absolutely positive you will too.
Shake it is DELICIOUS. I am literally begging for them to open one of these somewhere in salt lake. It would do so well. I have never liked a protein shake ever. This one was smooth, perfectly sweet, filling and just so good. I loved it so much. PLEASE open more locations!!!!
Pretty good place for a healthy shake from a macronutrient standpoint. It was a tad pricey for a shake (we paid $16 for two shakes), but you’re getting something that doesn’t make you feel like garbage afterward, and it’s not just cheap ice cream, they use real quality ingredients so I can appreciate that. One thing I will note is that it tasted a tad watered down which is understandable because they have to use water to keep the calorie count low. Overall the flavor was pretty good and I like the wide variety of fun flavors. If you’re looking for something healthy and are willing to spend about $8 for a shake then give it a whirl.
A few notes for the business owner:
-As a first timer I would have loved to have seen some pricing. I had no clue what to expect because there was nothing on the menu that showed any costs
-Not sure if something was wrong but it was pretty warm in there. The door was open to let fresh air in but some AC would be nice for people staying to dine in
-The biggest thing I would say is that there was not enough staff for the amount of people there IMO. The two kids that were working did a great job, but there was quite a long line and it took a while for us to get through it and get our drinks. Not sure if there is a way to optimize efficiency but if not you may consider another employee. For reference we came around 4:30 on a Saturday which is probably a busy day for you guys.
