Rumbi Island Grill

Service was great. They were out of Rumbi rice. My wife didn't want the brown or white rice. Rumbi rice is her favorite thing there. So, she asked if they could discount the price of her meal and not give her any rice at all. When the cashier said he couldn't do that, the manager voluntarily intervened and just gave my wife's meal for free. The only reason they don't get five stars is because their Big Kahuna burger was removed from their menu. It was what I wanted. The sweet pork tacos were decent, but I really wanted that burger. I'll miss you, Big Kahuna!

Good food In a good location. It is a bit healthier than some alternatives in the area. the staff has always been nice and helpful as well. I really lien the tempura chicken. It is good with almost any sauce.

The food at this location was delicious and the service from the employees made my day. I had the Aloha salad and it was amazing and to die for. Every time i go in to Rumbi's I have this salad because it is my favorite and the dressing that goes with it is amazing. I don't know what they put in it but it is so good i always ask for extra. I also had there sweet potato fries and they were really good and they are the best sweet potato fries on the planet. The service was amazing, and the General Manager Patrick helped me and he was so nice and he really brightened my day. I don't know why it got a bad review earlier because i had the same salad as the person that left review before i did and it didn't taste any different or anything. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Came here for a quick bite as I was hungry and was out running errands.

Rumbi has a real good location there along the busy University Parkway, and is easy to notice from a moving vehicle.

PRICE - 4
I'll be honest, I'm not too fond of the prices, and that's after considering that I was using the 2 for 1 app which offered a buy one entree plus a drink and get an entree free.

PRODUCT/SERVICE - 5
Even though I was complaining about the price, the food was rather delicious. I had the Sweet Pork Salad. It was rather delicious. I should have asked for it without onions, but that was my mistake, as I was unaware that it came with onions.

I found a great deal as mentioned before with the 2 for 1 app, where I was able to get a great deal.

EMPLOYEES - 4
While they made a mistake on my pick-up order (they gave me someone else's order), they made things right. Although when I came back to pick up the correct the second order, the young man outside, appeared to be rather cold in personality.

I love Salmon so I have eaten it at lots of different restaurants. Rumbi's salmon is by far the best I have ever had; including on the cruise ship! It is melt in your mouth amazing and the flavor is fabulous!
