Really good Czech stuffed bread. Especially great for breakfast. Be aware that they always sell out. On Saturdays, try to get in line before 8 am for a good selection.

The line out the door was an accurate description of the tasty pastries inside. I want to try them all!

Super tasty food originating from the Czech Republic. It's basically a roll filled with meat or they have sweat ones with fruit, jam, Nutella etc. They are realistic key cheap and super tasty. The only bad thing is the line. But it still moves super fast! Great breakfast for all ages. Highly recommend this place

It was 9:30am, I had about an hour before my bus came, so I decided to walk along downtown Provo and see where was open to grab some food. As I walked, I suddenly came across a long line of people outside this little corner shop. I didn't ask questions, i just got in line: always eat where the locals eat.
Once I got in there, I was hit with a wonderful smell and the sight of several bakers staying busy. I ordered what sounded good, and was out in minutes. It was so great! The sweet kolaches are filled with fruit spread and what I assumed was cream cheese, but the texture is more like custard. I also got a sausage and gravy kolache, which was peppery and homey and so so good. The busyness meant that they all came out fresh too, but even when I had the cilantro chicken one later, it was still delicious and very filling.
In conclusion, this is a lot of good food in a small package. Just get in line!
