Hama Sushi

Amazing sushi. This is definitely a new favorite. The Eagle Mountain roll was fantastic! We also enjoyed the tempura ice cream.
The staff were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. :)

Update: We have come back here many times,and I've never been disappointed. The Snow White roll is another favorite of ours.

Under delivered. Came in after 7pm on a Saturday, wasn’t too busy… as if we caught the end of most of the dinner rush. Ordered a variety of foods. Everything came out by itself, one plate at a time. Miso soup, didn’t like it… and I’m normally a fan. Followed by the pot stickers. Then the combo plate. Followed by a plate of 2 rolls each of our 8 rolls we ordered. We packed the last two rolls to take to go, as the wait for each plate was ongoing. Our server was super apologetic, and offered us free ice cream. We declined as we were there for close to two hours and we’re ready to leave. Maybe it was an off night… but not sure if we’ll return.

UPDATED: I made an online order and left work early to pick it up before I had to run another errand. I arrived on time but ended up having to wait twenty minutes for my order... then it was the wrong order. No one apologized for the wait or the mix up, but rather ignored me and another online customer who also had to wait for her order. I love those sushi, but the next time I need to make an online order I will shop at the other local sushi place. They haven't organized the online order procedures like many other restaurants have.

I had lunch here on a Friday afternoon. We were one of about 5 other tables of other customers. We ordered about five minutes after arriving, and waited for 30 minutes for our rolls.
It was worth the wait, we knew it would be because of other reviews. We tried the holly wood, executive (so great), Mt. Fuji and the Hot taco roll (which had spice but nothing too hot). They were all incredible and well worth the wait. The ginger is great quality too. We are excited to come back again.
Wear a jacket if you easily get cold like me, it seems all sushi places are cooler than other restaurants.

Great place for sushi. The staff is super friendly and patient (we had a large group), and the food is delicious. A bit tricky to get to because Saratoga Springs is not good at planning their streets, but worth it. If you are in the area, stop in and check it out.

Rolls look really good! Location is new and has nice ambiance for a small place. Servers were friendly. But it tasted… just ok.

Will give it another try again soon. Maybe it was what I ordered.
