    Drive through. Becky had a most wonderful voice and personal presence. I ordered the 13 meal. When she first saw me fill my mug from the cup and saw that it was not full she asked me if I wanted more to fill it up. I was amazed. THAT is situational awareness and customer service.

    Ordered a 12 piece family meal. Received 8 pieces. Good thing we were dining in. But to make resolve the issue, the friendly staff not only brought the remaining pieces, but added a few more pieces with a heart-felt apology. Hey, that's amazing customer service. The restaurant was clean and quiet.
