Teriyaki Madness

I was exceptionally impressed with the customer service given at this place! Very friendly, very welcoming and kind. Not sure of his name, but the guy with longer blonde hair was awesome at giving recommendations of what I should get as someone who’d never been before. I will definitely be returning and definitely recommend this place to anyone else!

I love the spicy chicken bowl here. I go often and have never experienced a long wait time, there is a small wait but the food is made to order so it is to be expected. I usually eat the brown rice, I wish the portion on the veggies were a little bit more than the rice but other than that everything is great.

I give it three stars because the orange chicken was pretty awesome and the rice was cooked fine (both fried and white); however the spicy chicken was terrible. The spicy chicken was overcooked, dry, and burnt. I thought this may have been a fluke because everyone has a bad cook every once in a while and mine occurred during a rush, but it happened again about 20 minutes later when my another person in our group arrived and ordered the same thing as I did. Also, I saw other folks' be in the same condition. In like a nice seared chicken, but this just straight up burnt on every single bite.

I really liked the place and the food, but I was worried about the lack of precautions that were being taken to prevent the spread of covid. Not a single associate I saw preparing or interacting with customers were wearing face masks. I ordered my food to go, because I didn’t know if they’d been sanitizing the interior at all, and they brought me my food ungloved and just handed it to me. I threw out the utensils they gave me, because I’m willing to be they put them in bare handed. I liked the food, but I’m extremely worried about them not taking any precautions other than just closing off some tables.
