“Their quality is great here! And they have plenty of offers for savings, whether it be emails or mailed coupons. The first thing my wife said about her BLT was “five stars babe, the bacon is ACTUALLY crispy.” She said this because no matter where we go the restaurants will have soggy or not enough bacon. But this sandwich was a hit, and it smelled so good with the Parmesan rosemary bread! I got the Philly cheesesteak, because if they can’t do that right then they’re not a sandwich shop right? I was not disappointed. Though it may not have bursting flavors like the Italian Place, it was hearty, cheesy, proportioned excellently and delicious. My wife also commented on their excellent customer service, where they will actually be your friend in the shop. Thanks Mike!”

“Cafe Rio as a good chain gets a five star rating. However, the Springville location I cannot rate past a three due to 8 out of 11 total orders (in 2.5 months) consistently made wrong. It does not matter how clear I am when it comes to mine and my family of six orders that I make by phone. I applaud companies that strive to thrive especially during a pandemic. Having said that, this particular Cafe Rio serves customers wo order in advance last. I have had to go inside the last few times just to let them know I'm here waiting curbside for my order. While I wait, I have watched other customers rifle through other to go orders including my own. It's just not sanitary. Then when you watch people who pop in and recieve their order within 5 minutes when yours was due 40 minutes earlier (on a regular basis) there's a serious problem with how this particular location is being ran. When other locations do not have this problem. Until I see regular improvement in service, cleanliness and orders I can't rate any higher. I am hopeful that this issue will be remedied.”

“I haven’t been inside a Dominoes pizza in a long time but I’ll be back to this location! There is a chalk board for kids to busily draw on as you wait and even a “viewing” area where you can watch them toss the dough in the air and prepare your food. We especially loved how they have a TV that shows the progress of your food and the amount of time left till it’s ready. Our wings and pizza were delicious, customer service was exceptional, and with the coupon I used this was a great deal.”

“This place is mind bogglingly amazing. We had just returned our paddle board rentals next door when we saw the sign for Pho outside a pizza shop. Super confused at what seemed like a horrible idea, we ended up asking the paddle board shop their opinion of the Pho at the pizza shop. They gave raving reviews so we decided to check it out. I have to say. Mind blown! ? You wall in and there is this amazingly serene and welcoming music playing. (Not what you expect at a pizza shop). We eventually learned that Ron and his wife own this beautiful establishment, she is from Vietnam ?? where Ron lived for some time. Hence the Pho and the pizza shop. Now the food, OMG ? this place’s Pho ? will our most dedicated Pho places to shame. Unbelievably delicious! We also ordered a small pizza, and although not a combination we would typically go for; the pizza was delicious! Surprisingly it went very well with the Pho. We’ll definitely be looking for excuses to come to Springville now so we can get our hands on some more Pho and Pizza! ??✅????”

“I don't usually come to this location, but it was on my way home from work. The employees are nice and helpful. I called ahead and my pizzas were ready on time when I arrived. We tried the BLT pizza and the Papa Perfect. We really enjoyed both. The employees were polite. We enjoyed both pizzas and I loved having the half pepperoni/half Hawaiian. Toppings were plentiful except the cheese. Overall, happy with our experience and the quality of the pizza.”

“We came here to try the French fries because they were in a “best fries in Utah” bracket. We were not disappointed - the seasoned salt and sauce was AMAZING, although the fries themselves could have been crisper. A little pricey for the small serving ($5) but not bad overall. We got artichoke dip to start and it was pretty good, really more of a fondue and the rosemary on the pita bread was a little unusual. I got the so-cal burger which was okay, I thought it tasted good but wasn’t a stand out. The pretzel bun had too strong of a flavor for me, and there were no interesting textures - it was almost mushy. The bacon was good quality and well cooked but too thick to add any texture. Hubby got the chipotle quesadilla which was pretty good. Fun atmosphere and good service, even during covid. About a 20 minute wait for 2 on a Friday night about 5:30pm.”

Usually, I'm not a big fan of big bread on my sandwiches, but this place has the most delicious hand-made rolls that I couldn't get enough of. I got the half-size New York sandwich, and it was incredible (ask for extra olives). Even at half-size, it was a good sized meal. VERY recommendable, and will definitely come again.”
