We have often found great food at little local diners. Sadly, we were disappointed when we stopped for lunch at the Hub. Prepackaged bag salad, where the ranch dressing was the highlight of the meal. We shared a french dip, which was very bland. The french fries were over cooked, the au jus was tasteless. I also ordered a side of mashed potatoes. While the texture felt made from scratch, they were barely warm and covered in a dark, lumpy congealed gravy. Besides the mashed potatoes, everything was edible but not enjoyable. The staff seemed equally bland, and often wore their masks below their noses, defeating the purpose. I love to explore and find new places, instead of always deferring to chain restaurants, however, if it were not for the prime corner location, this place would surely have gone out of business years ago.

Stopped in because it looked nice while driving by. Nice, clean and looked new. The food was really good. You also got a lot of food. No way to eat all of it for me. The ranch burger was really good. This is a place I would recommend in the area and I would come back.

The Hub Cafe is what I call a greasy spoon. I don't mean that in a bad way at all! Lots of comfort foods in large portions at an affordable price. A great place to stop if you're heading out to hit the slopes or the reservoirs!
