“This place is incredible. If you’re wondering whether to give it a shot or not, let this be a resounding ‘yes’. This is one of those places where the food is the star. Our group ordered the banana/strawberry Nutella crepe, avocado toast, carnivore breakfast fries, Day ‘n’ Nite burger and the stuffed French toast. Everything was a hit and tasted amazing. I personally had the stuffed French toast and it was one of the best French toast dishes I’ve had in a long time; with a unique and artisanal spin. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back many times. Edit: Returned and tried the Brown butter egg Benedict. I’ve never had a Benedict before as it seemed like something that would never appeal to me, but the chef Lorenzo recommended it. It was one of the best brunch dishes I’ve ever had. We sat at the bar and watched Lorenzo cook the whole meal. He is an incredible chef and extremely personable, chatting with us the whole time while he whipped up amazing dish after amazing dish. Both visits we started with the banana Nutella crêpe and added strawberries, and I’ll have to say it’s probably the best crêpe I’ve ever had. We also tried their hashbrowns, which are very atypical and unique and delicious, as well as the pulled pork breakfast burrito. It was amazing like everything else. I can confidently say that this is some of the best food in all of Heber City. They are starting a dinner menu soon and I’m excited to check it out. Don’t be fooled by the low-key appearance of the restaurant. Lorenzo was one of the head chefs over at Copper Onion in Salt Lake City, as well as Stein Erickson Lodge in Deer Valley and it shows. Once they’re more established they plan to remodel the interior, which, for some people will help, but for me, it’s all about the food and the people. I can say I’ve tried every single restaurant in Heber, and this one is top of the list. Also, Rudy the server is always on point and every bit is friendly. It’s no wonder this place is making waves without even having their sign out yet. Excited to try the whole menu. Raving fan.”

“Drove all the way from Idaho falls and had to stop and give them a try! They were absolutely delicious and full of fruit and flavor. Me and my friend each had one and they were 10/10 we also had a LOTUS energy drink and it was awesome! They are in the Holiday Inn parking lot and there is a few other food to there and they have INDOOR seating in a garage for the customers from various food trucks to sit and eat.”

“Tonight my wife, our two friends and myself had the privilege to experience what a transformational dining experience truly is. Let me paint a picture for you first. You slowly ascend and start your adventure by taking one of the funicular cars up. With a backdrop of crisp cold snow peppering the windows, it was something an artist could not even envisioned. Here’s a pro tip: be sure to get there at 5:30 to witness the story telling and sabering of a bottle of champagne. A tradition that is carried out each day. After that, we proceeded into the dining area and were teamed up with our master of ceremony, our deliverer of delicious dining, our waitress for the evening, Sam Eagle. Let me add, Sam is one of the best servers I have had in my life, because she focused around the experience and not the transaction. She had the entire bar it seemed like and made it seamless and flawless which led to us ordering more and more. Her advice did not disappoint. Everything she suggested pounded our taste buds into submission from cocktails to crab claws, we found ourselves wanting more and more after each bite. I felt as though this truly was something out of Disney World because Sam made miracles and dreams happen one after another. I was also extremely honored to have received Sam’s St. Regis Pin which was her ten year pin. I teared up a bit. I beg and urge you, if you have the time and want to make a memory that you will never forget, come to Brasserie 7452 and ask for Sam Eagle.”

“If you're looking for a place to relax and eat desserts this is perfect. Most items were made in house and flavorful. We tried 5 different handmade popsicles with the strawberries and cream as the favorite but not sure there is a bad option. The dulce de leches was topped with frosting a little differently but still delicious. The salsa bar was again homemade and loaded with mild to hot options. Although the staff forgot we were there we had to ask for more chips and several essential things like water. But maybe ask to sit by the bar and do not eat the tamales as they are more corn than tamales.”

While the concept was intriguing, the execution fell a bit short. The flavors seemed a bit lacking, as if they were missing that special touch to elevate them to their full potential. Perhaps some additional seasoning or a complementary sauce would have helped to enhance the overall experience. However, the burger stole the spotlight and became the star of the evening. The combination of the juicy patty, the rich and creamy peanut butter mousse, and the accompanying toppings created a mouthwatering symphony of flavors. Each bite was a delightful experience that left us craving more. The burger truly showcased the culinary expertise of the chef. It might be perfect for those with an intense sweet tooth, but for those seeking a more balanced dessert, it may fall short. On the other hand, the panna cotta was a true masterpiece. Overall, The LakeHouse at Deer Creek provided a memorable dining experience. It’s too bad that UDOT made the food trucks move off of Main Street but look for them over on 100 N., just west of Main, just around the corner.
