I was disappointed that my hot beverage and food were served in plastic containers. To be a clean eating cafe and not take into consideration how much plastics affects our hormonal health and overall health is not okay. Healthy living aren’t just foods but toxins as well. My golden milk was really hot and it was served in a cup without a cup sleeve so it was really uncomfortable to take it out to my car. The gals didn’t know the produce very well and had to ask around to know what they even were. The fridge was completely empty aside from a handful of juice bottles. I was hoping for more variety there. On the other good news side the food was delicious and really liked the cold press juice and golden milk. The meto donut was good too.

I got the Korean beef bowl and oh my goodness, this is a place that more of Heber should know about. Their options are healthy and worth it on quality and quantity. It’s tucked away behind buildings on Main Street and I highly suggest checking it out. Look at the colors in the pictures, this is real food.

Not even exaggerating. My kids ask to go with their friends, for mommy daughter dates, and just because.

I love that I trust all the ingredients and the process that everything is made.

This place proves that healthy can be and is delicious!

We even brought a friend who didn’t want anything (because my daughter said it was healthy) but when she tried a sample of the pumpkin donut she got super excited and loved it.

If you haven’t gone yet, go!! Just don’t eat all the muffins and donuts before I get there 😄😄😄

I seek out food establishments that use high quality whole foods to create culinary works of art. Welcome to Mountain Wellness Bar. This place is perfect. I became a fan of their meals, juices, and healthy snacks when they were in their old location.

I was stoked to attend the grand opening of the new location yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. The food here is not only some of the freshest and most delicious quizine you will eat anywhere, but it leaves you feeling energized and fully satisfied. 😋

And their juice recipes are among the best you will enjoy anywhere!

The wonderful ownership and staff always make me feel welcome and cared for. You simply MUST try this place. And then go back until you've tried everything. One of my favorite places to eat anywhere. Enjoy!
