We love eating here, the food is always really good. It's pricey but delicious. Last week when we were here it took so long to get things we asked for and we were charged for extra drinks. My Husband paid while I was playing with my baby on the grass so I never looked at the bill otherwise I would have noticed the extra charges.

Hands down one of my most memorable experiences of my weeklong trip to Deer Valley. Highly recommend to anyone who is celebrating a birthday or anything of the sort. The Sabering over the fire is something I will never forget. Great service, views, and taking the funicular up/down just makes it that much more fun. I’m a server myself and was blown away by the amount the entire staff went above and beyond to make our night special.

Tonight my wife, our two friends and myself had the privilege to experience what a transformational dining experience truly is.

Let me paint a picture for you first. You slowly ascend and start your adventure by taking one of the funicular cars up. With a backdrop of crisp cold snow peppering the windows, it was something an artist could not even envisioned.

Here’s a pro tip: be sure to get there at 5:30 to witness the story telling and sabering of a bottle of champagne. A tradition that is carried out each day.

After that, we proceeded into the dining area and were teamed up with our master of ceremony, our deliverer of delicious dining, our waitress for the evening, Sam Eagle. Let me add, Sam is one of the best servers I have had in my life, because she focused around the experience and not the transaction. She had the entire bar it seemed like and made it seamless and flawless which led to us ordering more and more.

Her advice did not disappoint. Everything she suggested pounded our taste buds into submission from cocktails to crab claws, we found ourselves wanting more and more after each bite. I felt as though this truly was something out of Disney World because Sam made miracles and dreams happen one after another.

I was also extremely honored to have received Sam’s St. Regis Pin which was her ten year pin. I teared up a bit. I beg and urge you, if you have the time and want to make a memory that you will never forget, come to Brasserie 7452 and ask for Sam Eagle.

Had a quick drink and bite to eat at Brasserie 7452 in the St Regis while waiting to pick my son up from summer camp at the Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge. The ambiance and food was really nice, the service was outstanding. I left my credit card at the bar and the bartender was even nice enough to chase me down. With that being said, I would highly recommend Brasserie 7452!

Amazing pizza and a fun ride!

Take a ride on the funicular and head up to get a bite on the patio. We LOVE the truffle Pizza--salty cheese, crispy greens, and that truffle sauce on the perfect crust. We ordered the Habenero Passion Fizz mocktail-- it was not too spicy, just delicious and nice amalgamation of flavors.

Also, stick around at 5:30 for champagne sabering on the outdoor terrace, where they will open up a champagne bottle with a saber! A fun tradition they do most days.
