George's Corner Restaurant

We arrived in St George at 9pm on a week night and this was the only place we could find that was still open. I would have been happy even if the food was just okay but it was really good! I had the lamb burger with a side salad and the burger was great. The salad was also surprisingly good. I didn't expect much but it was really delicious. My husband had the fried chicken with Mac n cheese and coleslaw. The chicken and Mac n cheese were good but the slaw was the stand out. Really bright and yummy. Excellent service from the hostess and our waiter. We are very grateful they were open and would be happy to eat here again.

A bit of a rare find in Utah, a nice full bar/pub with really good food. The lamb burger is a different choice and very good. Open for breakfast as well and worth the visit, some unique dishes available. Two level design with the bar and large dining area on the street entrance side and a good sized dining area in a loft on the parking lot side. Full bar available. Masks not required.

Last weekend we went to breakfast at George's Corner Restaurant. Our breakfast was good with two exceptions. Hence I am leaving a review. They advertise Fresh Orange Juice. We are big fans of fresh OJ. (Our once a year treat is to juice a box of oranges on Christmas morning.) The OJ at George's was thick and tasted like it was way too old. Fresh OJ isn't something you can store for days on end. Two of us ordered it so $10.50 of our bill was for something we didn't like or drink. My son had already complained and returned an iced bitter coffee drink so we didn't want to complain again. Stick with water and the food at George's.

I love coming here! Cannot say I've ever had a bad experience here. The servers are real good and do their job well. Food is great. Lately have been coming for breakfast and will definitely keep in coming
