Darling atmosphere - the sink in the dining room is 👏👏 especially with kids. We tried the basic and the chicken tenders meal. Both were very over-seasoned and well done. All of the sauces were delicious, love the drink selection and I always appreciate paper towels at the table. Definitely going to return to try other options.
Today we tried the "Basic" chicken sandwich plus their Chicken Tenders combo" the chicken is fresh, plump and juicy... Cooked to perfection...truly. Both meals had a light breading on the chicken that was seasoned excellently. Their fries are yummy, with a slight black pepper shake on them. Everything we tried today was delicious... I'll be back! You order at a counter just inside the front door, then the staff brings the food to your table. Atmosphere is clean and open. The place is much bigger than I expected it to be.... Seats inside and out. They also have a place where you can play corn hole while you wait for your meal.
I am going to give the Crack Shack 4 stars for the atmosphere. It was very cute. Love the restroom wallpaper with the negative reviews. I felt like they were expensive. We had two orders of chicken tenders, fries, and 2 drinks. And spent $35.00. They were good, but they are not calling my name to go back. .Ginger Ale at the soda fountain was a nice touch.
Good food. Not a place for a frugal zealot; it's a place for foodies.
We tried the protein bowl and kids' meal. Both were good. The soft-boiled egg in the protein bowl with pickled onions smoked chicken, and seasonings worked well together.
We'd definitely come back again --for sure on special occasions.
The smoked chicken had good flavor.
Having a station to wash hands without waiting for restrooms to be available is genius---more restaurants need to do this.
Avoid peak times now because this place fills up fast. Kudos on the Vote for Pedro mural.
In summary, there is a kid's menu. It may not be a place for budget-conscious families, but it is kid friendly with a corn hole area, and a connect four wall. Recommend that you review the menu before you arrive to have your options in mind...it will save you time at the restaurant because the menu takes a bit to get sorted out.
The restaurant was almost full when we went, and the ambient noise was loud. There is nothing to absorb sounds with concrete floors so the noise may be troublesome for people with sensitive ears or hearing impairments.
This is an excellent addition to our community; this is easily the most creative chicken place in town. This place definitely adds some foodie diversity that is needed here.
Best chicken sandwich I've had in years! I can't wait to try them all. The service was friendly and everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals. You should definitely give this place a try!
