    This place is handling covid nicely. Same nice customer service inside as well as through the drive through. They still have public restrooms as well.

    The 12th street store is on top of sandwich making. Never have a problem with my orders.

    The customer service we received from Luke & Gloria at this establishment on 12th St in Ogden, far outways the service received from any other similar establishment in the surrounding area. Those that come to mind as terrible or simply sub-par in customer service are: Burger King, Carl's, Del Taco, Domino's, Little Cesar's, Wendy's, KFC, A&W, Chick-fil-A & Wienershnitzel. As for the food preparation & quality it is typical Subway quality. But Subway is making menu changes so be aware of any features that could possibly change.
    Finally... i never tip at Subway and I tipped 20% and told them that we were grateful for their service and to keep up the good work!
