“Ive noticed 3 kinds of pizza in Utah Valley— traditional American (Papa Johns, Two Jacks), build-your-own (blaze, Mod), and New York/Italian pizza (7/12 pizza, Terra Mia, Midici). Marcos is traditional American pizza. It’s pretty good. The crust is light and crispy and toppings are fresh. The veggie toppings, however, are a bit too crunchy for my taste. I think this is deliberate, and some people might like it. The flavor is pretty good, and I’d say Marcos comes in just below Papa Johns in taste. Above them both would be Two Jack’s pizza which, in my opinion is the best traditional American pizza Utah Valley.”

“The customer service here was amazing! Food wise, there were 5 of us and we got a variety of food. The calzones were HUGE and gorgeous to look at. Most of all they tasted great. “We ordered a specialty pizza, and two subs for delivery. The only negative thing I can say is that it arrived early! (We had ordered for 4:30, but they delivered at 4:15 - certainly something you could never complain about.) I had to look up what Old World pepperoni is, and chose to substitute that in place of the regular pepperoni on our meat pizza. OMGosh, the flavor of that pepperoni is explosive! And their Italian sausage is in large pieces, also with terrific flavor. Mother-in-law, who often doesn't eat well, loved her chicken sub, and cleaned up every crumb. We're less than a block from this Marco's, and I'm wondering why we haven't ordered before. The pizza, having come from a few houses down, was piping hot! I recommend it!”

“Normally I am happy with Jimmy Johns but today I submitted an online pick up order for 7pm pickup. I purchased 21 subs for my crew for dinner as a thank you for their dedication and work. I submitted the order with 2 hrs before my requested pick up time. At 7:10 I called the store to check on my order because the online tracker was still showing that my order wasn't ready yet. I was informed that it would be another 10-15 minutes so I waited. 40 minutes after my requested pick up time, my order was ready. For each of the subs I ordered I put the name of the person who wanted it so that they could just be handed out. Instead what I got was numbers and some kind of writing on a select few. I figured that the ones that wanted something special added or removed from their sandwich were identified like that but that isn't the case either. It would have been really nice if the writing was clear too. See photos.”

“I love Fire House Subs, they taste great when my order is how I requested. I placed an online order for a club on a sub w/out onions and spicy mustard. I picked it up and had to get back to work so I didn't think to check my sandwich because they've always gotten it right. I had to pick off the onions and scrap off as much of the mustard as I could. But those flavors were still in there. I was very disappointed. They also used a knife to cut my sub that had leftover marinara on it. I don't have food allergies but others do. I hope this location improves their safe food handling training and/or enforcement.”

“Food was good. Was kind of hard to understand them since I have a hearing problem and the person on the phone had a heavy accent and was also talking rather fast. As usual with most Asian cuisine, I was given huge portions-enough for two. The food was nice and hot and the rice tasted fresh. Sometimes at Asian style restaurants, the rice will taste old and feel hard, so this was definitely a plus. Definitely going on the 'clean plate club'.”

“Always fast. Always friendly. Take a menu home and order using the menu item number, it goes really fast. Their time estimate is usually long so you can go in before the full 20 minutes or so and your food will most likely be ready. It is on the east side of the street. Portion sizes are pretty big for how much you pay. I recommend this place for fast, plentiful, non-gourmet Chinese food. See my pictures of what we ordered.”
