Floor was dirty as if nobody even tried to vacuum off the crumbs from previous customers. One star. We are to bus our own dishes to another empty table next to us even when other servers were taking the dishes of their customers. One star. Food was so so. The salad was swimming in dressing. Chicken was dry according to my friend. Three stars.”

“The soups were barely above room temp. The salads and pesto chicken salad were excellent, though. Despite the disappointing soups, the crew on shift tonight worked hard to get the food as fast as possible. We’re used to teenagers looking like they hate their lives (and who can blame them? It wasn’t my dream to work in food either), but we were surprised! We’ll be back to try the soups again. Everyone has an off night once in a while so we won’t hold it against them this time.”

“I got the crispy fish sandwich. It was decent, but unremarkable. I was disappointed by the fact that the lettuce on my sandwich was wilted and brownish at the edges, and the tomato kind of mealy. The sandwich also took quite a long time to come out, which is understandable as they fry the fish from raw, but slightly painful if you are very hungry. I got some french fries to go with my sandwich, however, and they were excellent. They were deliciously hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice seasoning, and the fry sauce they came with was delightfully tangy. I understand that a crispy fish sandwich is not the main draw of a steak restaurant, so I am willing to give Steak Express another shot (such good fries don't hurt), but I do hope I get better quality toppings on my sandwich if I come again.”

“As Peruvians, my family and I love to try Peruvian restaurants around Utah. We live up North but decided to make the hour drive to this place. At first we were skeptical because the environment inside is quite simple. However, we absolutely LOVED the food. We ordered multiple dishes and they all tasted delicious. You’ll find affordable prices and hefty portions. The owner was really friendly with us and service was good. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!”

Probably because they have great grilled cheese sandwiches, and other non-sandwich items. The people are very friendly and helpful, but very fast. “Ordered two foot long sandwiches via the Subway location. When I went to pick up my order, there were clear markings where online orders should go vs where walk in orders go. There was an elderly lady in front of me who seemed lost and the employees were gracious in helping her get what she needed. When it was my turn, my order was already on the counter ready for me and I was out in less than 20 seconds. However, when I got home, one sandwich didn't have any condiments on it even though I indicated which ones I wanted in the app.”

However, this Cafe Rio was satisfactory and overall better than other Cafe Rio locations I have been to in regards to the physical aspects of the building. I will also say the staff was kind and provided excellent customer service. I will point out that this location is also a drive through. I feel that if the interior would have been busier that the stress of the interior and exterior orders on the staff would effect the experience of the customers overall. Something to keep in mind with planning.”

“Such a wonderful place to eat at! Amazing food and a great place to take a family. High chairs for the kids. Plenty of tables and space. It’s a clean, spacious atmosphere fit for anyone. If you ask for extra food toppings they don’t charge you any extra. The lines inside move rather quickly. Never have an issue with the food it’s tasty, hot and delicious. Ordering online is very intuitive and you can get your food quickly. Food is consistent and the staff actually listens to what I am ordering. They are never out of food that I want. I will keep visiting this place because the staff give excellent customer service. Never have had a bad experience coming here. Great views from the restaurant. Lots of other businesses in the area to visit. Cool music playing in the lobby at just the right volume. Lots of young families seem to come here. The staff at the counter are always so pleasant.”
