Shafer's Market & Deli

Ate here this weekend for the first time in more than a year and, unlike the last time, the food was awesome! The margherita pizza was amazing and the falafel and fries were very good, too! Something changed because the last time I ate here was underwhelming. Service was reasonably fast, too. Highly recommended!

The pizza is great.. but the ice cream come on I paid $8.00 for basically two smalls and I ordered a large and to just fill my daughters cone with ice cream and then one swirl in a dish for my dog.. and what I got was a small NOT a large.. I was very disappointed especially when it came to $8.00 for hardly anything.. wont be getting ice cream there again..

Burgers were above average, fries and side of Mac was tasty. Service was lacking, the young lady who took my order was pretty condescending towards me when I wanted a side of popcorn chicken and she thought I wanted it instead of fries. Thankfully somebody else swooped in and took over, but it didn't help that it took 40 minutes to get food as the only table seated in the restaurant.. and it was a bit sticky everywhere, from the tables, counters and the chair. I'd recommend mister Up's.
