    Great food laid back atmosphere and lots of beers on tap . Perfect T-shirt’s and jeans place to eat .

    Pleasant random stop on a Sunday drive. I happened to stop in Middlebury VT and decided to stop in to see what the Mad Taco was about. After looking at the place and the menu I decided to give it a try. I'm very glad I did. The place is casual, fun and the staff friendly and welcoming. The prices are fair and the Cubano sandwich I got was enough for two. The sandwich was really quite spectacular. I feel a little guilty not trying a taco.

    This is college town. This feels like college town eatery and craft beer haven. The tacos that my wife and I had were tasty and filling (2 tacos a plate). Want to return soon for the fish tacos - Maria's New Mexican restaurant in Santa Fe, NM is our gold standard. We will see.
