Terrific! Poutine with duck gravy and meat superb. Wife had salmon and I had the duck breast. Ambiance at a high level in the wooded dining room and our server, Tom top shelf. Not cheap, but worth the price. Will be back.

Ambience was excellent, and so was the service. Food was very good, but too salty. Otherwise, we would have given 5 stars.

I visited Johnny Seesaw's over the weekend with a friend and we were not able to get reservations due to how busy they were but we were told to come in and see if we could find a spot. Luckily, we were able to sit at a bar high top.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is great, lots to look at, fireplace in the center of the room, great mural on the back wall.. Enjoyable for adults and families alike.
The food was great, I had the Onion Soup and it was one of the best that I have had (and I order this out often). My entree was the Lamb Shank, and it was great as well. The sides were excellent as well but I felt there could be a little more.
The reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the service. When we first arrived, we grabbed a seat at a high top bar table. After about 10 - 15 minutes of nobody coming over, we weren't sure if we ordered from the bar or not, meanwhile the other high top seemed to be getting full waiter service. We flagged someone down for menus which came a few minutes after, had to ask for the table to be wiped down as it was dirty. Then everything was smooth for the most part, granted the food did take quite a while to arrive (they were very busy..). After eating, we waited for about 20 minutes to received a check with many servers rushing past us as they seemed to be very focused and not looking around much.

All in all, it was an enjoyable experience and great food. We will be back again to visit. I just think they need to get a handle on the service part a bit better...
