    Went into salt last night it was packed. Food took a little while but it was delicious. The bistro burger was fantastic, shrimp pink pesto was amazing and the braised lambshank was to die for. We enjoyed the fresh squeezed juice in our cocktails. Definitely will be returning.

    Really cozy atmosphere inside. They had five good VT beers on tap and a decent wine list. Menu isn't huge but some interesting options as well as a some regular dishes. I had a bistro burger and my wife had the chicken saltimbocca, both of which were delicious! Unfortunately we waited over an hour for our food, they were out of a few of the entrees and our bill was messed up. Really hope this place can fix these issues because the food is really good and the wait staff is kind and friendly. Not sure if I will be going back soon.

    Varied and very extensive menu. Food beautifully prepared and presented. Our third time and we've never been disappointed.
