If I could give it a higher rating I would. Unforgettable experience from the time you walk in until you leave. Brian and Leslie are the most gracious host we have ever had. The chef and pastry chef were out of this world creating dishes and flavors we were not expecting in rural Vermont. All of the staff were top notch looking after every detail of our stay.

my expectations were not only met but exceeded! luxurious & clean accommodations down to the very detail. I'm buying some of those pillows. Beautifully decorated. And the dinner was fabulous! highlighted by an amazing maple bourbon martin (or 2). My husband and I will not forget this lucky 13 yr anniversary. We will be back. Treat yourselves and make this a must.
thank you Brian and Leslie. You are amazing hosts.

Johanna and I stayed here on a little weekday getaway in late August. We could not have been more pleased with our experience. The greeting we received when we arrived was so welcoming, you'd have thought we had been coming here for years. Both Leslie and Brian were so friendly from the time we arrived to the moment we left. The rest of the staff were equally as welcoming and friendly. Special shout out to the young woman who waited on us during breakfast. The room was incredibly comfortable and all of the thoughtful amenities made the stay that much more relaxing (the poo-pourri was an especially nice touch!). We had a quiet first evening in the cute little pub with perfectly made cocktails and refreshing glasses of wine. The next day we went for an invigorating hike at Zealand falls. It was perfect. The amount of effort that has been put into the "activities cupboard" was astounding. You will always find something to do. And I can't even begin to describe our meal on the second night of our stay. The restaurant truly lives up to its 4 Diamond reputation. The wine was phenomenal, the appetizers were delicious, the entrees...oh my god the entrees. They were executed perfectly and I don't know that I have ever had a strip loin as good as the one I had that night. There were four of us dining that night and we eagerly shared our plates. We tasted a little bit of everything and it was all amazing. Lest we forget the wonderfully, artfully crafted desserts. A little bit of fairy magic, some molecular gastronomy and all of the skill really made the end of the meal special. I could say more but you should just go stay there and experience it for yourself. Thank you Leslie and Brian. We hope to visit again soon!
    Best,
    Fraser & Johanna

I don't have enough superlatives in my vocabulary to do this experience justice. We were amazed and delighted at every turn. The Rabbit Hill Inn is the main ingredient to the recipe that is a pleasurable stay in Vermont.

The location, the staff, the menu, the atmosphere, the decor, truly all of it, made our getaway worth doing. The activities were better having local knowledge and support from Brian and Leslie. Follow their guidance, enjoy their hospitality and you have no regrets.

The room was romantic and luxurious. The food was fresh, imaginative, and delicious. The drinks at the bar were top shelf and the service was stellar at all times. Our every need was anticipated and fully met. We received excellent advice about hiking in the Franconia Notch and had a wonderful time. Located in a gorgeous spot with beautiful lakes and mountains all around.
