Mimmo's Pizza St. Albans

Love the pizza. Wish their alfredo was as good as it used to be. Used to be my favorite place to eat alfredo. Last 2 times I ordered it, it just tasted like heavy cream. Other great items however and service is always great!

Good pie, liked the crust. Good cheese too though we like less. Fine service. Very reasonably priced.

Loved this place! I will definitely be returning soon. You can tell the pizza, from the crust to the toppings, are fresh. The decor has a pizza oven and industrial feel, which is charming. The sever was pleasant. However, I had to request a refill and I prefer not to wait on drinks (a bit picky like that). We ordered the Simone’s Special, sooooo good. Beware: They have very generous portions! We ordered a large pizza with the garlic knots and barely made a dent in it. If you have two in your party order a small pie. Only order a large if you want leftovers, have a large group, or are the winner of eating contests are fairs. I personally would disagree with the statement that this place has NY pizza. I’ve lived in NY and the pizza is different. I would say that it is as equally good, but still different.

For kids: My daughter ordered the cheese roll and loved it. She was literally dancing in her seat while eating it.

Excellent price and delicious value.
Enough for 2 lunches.
Savoury and chock full of Chicken, Tomatoes, Lettuce and Provolone Cheese.

Simply-made so you taste every ingredient inside your food & your body.

Bathrooms were clean. Tables & utensils clean. Wait staff was good. I like menus w plastic so they can be cleaned well (not paper).

Clean food for a great flavor & experience.

If I wasn't visiting I'd return 1/wk!

If you know my reviews you see that I NEVER (very rarely!) give 5stars without forethought. I'm very picky regarding cleanliness, service, atmosphere, experience & products / ingredients. Basically, anything you can absorb from all 6 of your senses (texture/touch, scent/smell, noise/hear, view/see, or absorb/taste, feel/experience/atmosphere/surroundings/thoughts), I review!

My high standards are so everyone can (strive to) be better than the next guy. If you dont speak up about what's good AND what's bad then you have NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN or VOTE or ALLOW YOUR VOICE TO MATTER.
