Sauce for dumplings and for sweet and sour chicken was microwaved. Was told do not speak to loudly because owner had her baby in the middle of the restaurant. Fried rice was drenched in soy sauce.The place seemed a little messy

Great Chinese Restaurant in a such conserved town of VT. Look around, you can't even find a McDonald, how could you complain people do business there. These people are providing an affordable dinning experience while in a resort area, so please lower your expectation, and be happy.

I haven't been to Sanfo in quite some time and was desperate for something light. What a pleasant surprise on many counts. The Chinese couple that have been operating the restaurant on a shoe string have continued to make improvements to the interior. As well we now bear witness to a second daughter. The oldest is so helpful and appropriate. At three in the afternoon I ordered a General Tao Tofu. The portions of tofu were plentiful and lightly fried with a mild sweet sauce. Three hours later, my satisfaction with the food resulted in my wife wanting the same. I complied to go back because indulgence of good Chinese food is easy. For dinner I added General Tao chicken to combine with the Tofu.. Again the chicken dish was excellent, moist interior balls with a non breaded, crispy exterior in a sweet sauce with crisp broccoli. A huge surprise that works on a takeout basis only and from my experience invites further exploration of the extensive menu
