    Lovely local spot in Barton. It's the real Vermont small town experience. Must go for breakfast or lunch, however expect an hour wait for food. It's just the way it is. We call it the Vermont experience.

    Although the wait was very long for our food, we were very pleased with the outcome. It was delicious!

    We tried the eggs in various forms, home fries, coffee, corned beef hash, biscuits and sausage gravy. Every thing was as good as can be. Very flavorful and pleasantly spiced without being too greasy.

    The waitress was friendly too.

    I was worried when I saw the amount of onions included with the home fries and hash, but my 'weaker than most' stomach didn't hiccup at all.

    Prices are fair.

    I won't hesitate to recommend.

    Super cute place. The staff were AMAZING, very friendly and went out of their way to assure my coworker and I were out of there in a timely manner and that we were headed in the right direction. Plus, the food was delicious!

    The way breakfast as god intended.
    Everything from scratch. Breads baked daily.
    Best sausage gravy biscuits north of the mason dixon.
    Don't be in a hurry for a real country breakfast. Read the paper... Enjoy the coffee... Delight in the atmosphere...

    Super friendly service!
