“Beautiful place right on the lake. The lakeside rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The available watercraft made for a perfect lakeside vacation. The pool was clean and great to enjoy after a hot summer day. We came for a wedding and it is a great combination of casual and gorgeous. Everyone looks great in the beautiful light and being simply in a place where you relax and breathe.”

“So far my family and I have been really happy with the food here. I'm really glad they didn't try to compete with Roxie's or some of the other local places with the "hand cut fries." That niche is already filled. Glad that they have something different. Lobster rolls (with REAL lobster) are great! Pulled pork also excellent! My husband said "the Tommer" was really good, but a lot. And honestly, I think the price (for such good quality) is better than some of the other local places (at least for the stuff we've tried.) P.S. I was impressed that the toppings on the loaded fries went all the way through, not just a glob on top.”

“My wife and I ate here the first evening we arrived at Lake Bomoseen with our pooch. If you are looking for a dog friendly place to eat, this is an excellent one! We sat on the deck beside the water. The staff are super friendly and the food was excellent. I had the Vermont Club with house chips and my wife had the garden salad. We were afraid that the live music might be the typical loud conversation-killing tunes that are often served up by restaurants in the evening. But no! The "Shaky Pines" band played some mellow soothing folk music that enhanced the atmosphere. 5 stars!”

“Had a yummy dinner at Big Bob's on Friday night with 5 others. We enjoyed the calamari app, salads with homemade dressing and we all choose seafood entrees. I had the Mussels with white wine and garlic; they were done perfectly, the portion was plentiful, in addition to being very affordable! Great food, great service, relaxed atmosphere! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!”

“Its July 3rd and Paul's was extremely busy. If you understand the restaurant business waiting a few extra minutes is not a problem. We ordered 4 pies and they were excellent and the service was great. Will be back...good job under pressure!”

“Fun little snack shack known for it's fries and for good reason! The rest of the menu is fine but the fries are what really shine. Good for families on mid summer days.”

“Great local diner in a college town. ²Good portions, entrees come with your choice of homemade soup or salad... I say go for the soup. Mine was the corn chowder, loaded with potato. Sure things are the turkey dinner and the meatloaf. Save room for dessert.. they always have wondeful pies and cakes.”

“Love this place, as does everyone else! So much so that it started as a lil hole in the wall that used to be a laundromat... now it's got a beautiful deck outside, with pretty lights.. and they're always busy. The pizza is GREAT! Always will go back.. plus it's the only pizza my son will eat.”
