I am so happy to support an ecological small business who sell their products in sustainable packaging. Their syrup is wood-fired, a ‘carbon-neutral’ process, unlike most maple farms that burn oil, a fossil fuel. If their unbelievably delicious syrup wasn't enough to keep you coming back, their story should. They are the most hardworking family I have ever met. I discoverd this amazing syrup while at a local farmers market. unfortunetly due to my scedule I missed them this year while they were in Dunedin Florida, so I ordered from their website. Let me just say their customer service is as outstanding as their products!!!

I've been hooked on this syrup since the first time I tried it.
I refuse to start my day without some of their syrup in my coffee and their maple cream is something out of this world. I love knowing where the syrup comes from and I love knowing how the Ackermanns put so much love into their products. I will literally make extra room in my fridge to fit their gallon of syrup because we love it so much. My in-laws and coworkers tried it and also fell in love!! You would never get this kind of quality anywhere else!

As a Vermonter I'm very picky about my maple products, and Ackermann Maple meets and even exceeds all my criteria. Amazing products and customer service...this is traditional maple syrup at best!! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!

The most delicious maple syrup! Ian and Caitlin work incredibly hard to bring syrup and other maple products (sugar, cream) to farmer's markets all over the region. We can't get enough! The new barrel ages syrups are smooth, sweet and something you won't find too many other places. The best!
