Lovely find in the hamlet of Cabot, VT. Great food presentation, pleasant staff, bright and clean atmosphere with fair pricing!
Went there Friday November 10, 2023.
The quality , flavor and presentation of the food was great.
The drinks while having great classic drinks the glasses selected didn’t appear appropriate as some of them had the glass less than half full. I only mention this because the drinks do cost 16-18 each and for that price point I would expect perfect presentation .
Service while the staff was friendly and welcoming, while told the bread would come it never did, The speed from the kitchen and coming back with something like the desert menu took longer than expected . It was Friday dinner If google allowed i would give this place 4.5 stars.
Terrific new American Restauarant and pub in Cabot serving up all sorts of tasty menu items like smash burgers, Caesar salad, steaks and fish+chips, and they also offer weekend brunch. Atmosphere is friendly and warm, and the place was hopping on a Saturday night. I highly recommend.
The back patio was beautiful and I loved the mocktail options. They were able to accommodate us on a Friday night and the service was excellent. Cabot mac and cheese and chicken in maple cream sauce with seasonal veggies.
We visited the new Headwaters pub and restaurant in downtown Cabot and were thoroughly impressed. Despite being officially open for just two weeks, this establishment has quickly gained a reputation as the go-to dining spot in the area. Their menu offers a wide range of farm-to-table options and outstanding seafood dishes. I ordered the tuna tataki, which was impeccably prepared and rivaled dishes I've enjoyed at significantly pricier venues. Meanwhile, my wife savored the pan-seared halibut with coconut green curry, a secret recipe by Chef Shane, and needless to say, it was exceptional.
The wait staff was not only friendly but also highly professional.
I wholeheartedly recommend trying it out before it becomes too popular to secure a reservation.
