We’ve come here as locals down the street for a couple of years. The staff turnover is very high for some reason so it is hard to bond with anyone before they are gone. Owners seem to not exist.

Many main dishes are excellent but we usually come for what might be the best pizzas in our sleepy town!! I always take a slice of Pepperoni pizza and my beloved spouse likes the fried Brussels sprouts to go with a good glass of wine.

A truly delightful Montpelier experience!! Service can be very slow if the place is busy between 5 and 7 pm which is local feeding frenzy time. After that it is total peace and you can meditate over your slice!!???? Sit at the bar if you want fast and better service from the bartender who can serve food and drinks!!

Very good pizza and fish n chips. My wife and I stopped in for lunch. No line and got seated right away and enjoyed great food. Service was great with all the servers helping out . A very pleasant time out.

Positive Pie is a great place for lunch or dinner. It has a great patio to sit outside on nice days. The beer and wine list is extensive and there's nothing like the smell of fresh pizza baking in the oven as you dine. I didn't try their pizza but it looked quite yummy. Instead, I opted for shrimp scampi. It was really tasty and the portion was quite generous. It looks like a great place to see live music as well, although there wasn't a band on the night that I went. I'll definitely go back there again the next time that I'm in Montpelier.

Visiting from Boston and what a first stop. Host was friendly and polite as was our waitress Sarah. We chose to sit outside and unlike most places when you sit outside they tend to forget you a bit, not here, same very attentive service. Food all around was plentiful and delightful. I had the chicken marsala. It was tender and tasted fresh, not previously frozen or old. Other meals were the black bean burger, eggplant and chicken Cesar. I was told the burger wasn't wonderful, but the other two dishes were. No dessert this time around, but I highly recommend this spot

Food was excellent. The hostess, Sari, was great!
The waitress was very nice except not very attentive to us. It took an exceptional long time to get our food. Others who arrived after us got their meal before we did. But I would still go back again the food is great!
