McDonald's

Went there tonight as I was heading back from Memorial Day weekend and had an odd request... The hot mustard sauce isn’t offered where I live and I asked for as much as they were willing to give and I said I’d pay extra for it.. The manager was so sweet about it and fulfilled my request without a bat of her eye! The service was fast and friendly! :)

Perhaps my new favorite McDonald's. Absolutely love all the new features like the Kiosks, mobile order pickup, etc. Totally redone building with fresh new interior is a huge upgrade. Food is always fresh, and of course better than ever with the whole company having stepped up their game recently. I go here very often.

Clean, newly remodeled, great quality! Customer service in this place is fantastic. I spoke to Sienna French, the owner's daughter, who acts like she is the general manager. She is completely professional and simply a pleasure to deal with. They train people to be true professionals in this place and they won't tolerate anything less. This is really a gem for McDonald's brand. The truest test for good quality is not when everything goes right, but rather when everything goes wrong. during my visit, their entire computer system was down and nothing was working as it should. However, sienna and the rest of the team we're all pulling together, coordinating well, and actually maintaining smiles on their faces. They all truly love what they do and it shows. Highly recommend.

Went in the middle of lunch hour. The line moved fast. They were nice. Two of our burgers had special requests and nothing was messed up.
