Up in NH for vacation, family took us here for dinner. Pretty cool concept cooking your steak on a heated stone. Was very good, service was good. Salad bar was amazing. Prices are what you expect from a nice steak house, would definately come back.
This place may be expensive, but it's worth every penny. We went on Sunday and had a "special" of prime rib. About 10oz, they said. What I got can be seen below in the photo and that was taken after 3 or 4 bites. And don't balk at the upcharge for adding a salad bar. It is a meal in itself with soup, traditional salad, potato, chicken, and pasta salad, plenty of fixings, breads and cheese.
Great taste and fun at the same time.
Love the Argentinian on the rock with Rosemary and sea salt. Each piece cooked to your exact preference as you do it yourself. Consistently great.
It was a really great place. The staff was pleasant, the atmosphere was great, the prices were good and the food was very nice. Heck, even the seats for the booths were comfy!
You're missing out if you don't give this place a try.
We had went in hoping to get nachos and some pub food. What we had was great but it cost 3 times what we planned on spending. Didn't find out the other menu still existed until after the meal. And you have to specifically ask for it. Service was great and everything, I just feel like that's a bit shady. The waitress was great but are you trying to make a ton of extra money from tips off people by avoiding handing the pub menu out?? She did the same thing she'd have done it we had ordered off the other menu, less actually, because we'd have got an appetizer too, plus drinks, and she'd have brought that out. Instead we ordered only entrees. And she had to only carry out that. So she made more money for less work... Good food, and we may go back, but we both felt a little put off by that... :/ maybe just tuck the pub menus in the regular ones so people don't feel like you're pulling a fast one?
