Love this place. Its my pick me up before heading to work night shift. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This location is great! Every time I come by the employees are amazing! They are always greeting me and know me by my name. There was a mistake on drinks and they were happy to remake them at no charge. I was very happy with their service and willing to help out a daily customer.

The drive-thru staff at the Starbucks on 5th Street are awesome!!! So upbeat and cheerful!! The young lady who served me made me laugh and created a wonderful holiday spirit. 🌲🌲🌲 Thanks!!!

These are the nicest Starbucks employees you will ever meet, truly. I work at one of the hospitals here in Charlottesville, and everyone was talking about how excited they were for this Starbucks to open because it’s an awesome location on our way into work. But shortly after they opened, I kept hearing people say “have you been to the new Starbucks? They’re SO NICE there!” I normally make my own coffee in the morning, but I had to try them out. Well their reputation is spot on - literally they are all so warm and welcoming, even in the drive-through. Every time I’m there they genuinely ask me how my morning is going, and they take that extra second to share an honest connection with their customers, which is something I think we’re all craving during this time of social distancing. Their friendliness has made my pockets lighter - I stop in multiple times a week now just because the atmosphere is so uplifting! The coffee is awesome as usual, but the staff is really what makes the experience so lovely. Keep it up!!
