Staff is friendly as long as the customer is, and they'll always carry good conversation. The store is about as clean as it can be. “This is one of my favorite lunch stops. We have an office tradition to get Chinese from Oriental Express the first they open on Tuesdays. The food is great (Americanized Chinese). “This is my first experience at Bojangle's. The wait time was much longer than I expected. They ran out of chicken and had to make more . Staff was pleasant to work with, would say that they saved this review as they were courteous. They forgot a sweet potato pie and had no issues getting what we paid for. The food I would definitely say that Popeye's is better. Just a preference thing. I personally enjoy the biscuits and chicken more. The sides here felt unflavored and I feel like that's a Bojangle's thing.”

The food was good but the staff did not seem to know what we where saying at any point in the ordering process. This is a big change from what it used to be. My pita was doughy and the staff didn't do anything when I let them know." I tried them again recently, the portions were generous, the staff was very friendly and even the pita was perfectly cooked. They have now labeled what all of their options are. This avoids much confusion. I will make this a regular stop again, it's right back to being one of my favorite restaurants.”
