The store was very clean and orderly, the staff pleasant and friendly, the food delicious, and the prices reasonable.

The food was delicious as always, but the staff on Sunday evening, December 23, were astonishingly helpful, courteous, and welcoming. We arrived with our four young children and were greeted with smiles. I appreciated the new Belly Bites options; it was our first experience with that menu choice and our children were very grateful and satisfied. Ordering went smoothly, and everything was accurate. A staff member recommended the new chicken potpie soup - yum!! When one of our children accidentally knocked his mac n cheese to the floor, the staff were prompt and kind. Every interaction with us and our kids left me feeling thankful for the staff, who were clearly serving us well. They even came out to wish us a Merry Christmas and send us on our way with cookies (my kids were even more thrilled). All in all, it was a remarkably positive experience. Our bellies were filled with good food, but more than that, the staff took the whole experience to the next level. Thank you!

Ordered on app. Arrived a few minutes after time it was to be ready. Go to register. I was told they are just finishing it up. 10 minutes later i had to mention that people who came in long after I arrived have left w their food.

This is my first time at a potbelly’s and I thought it was pretty good. The shop was really cute with fun pictures on the walls and stuff. I ordered the mushroom melt which was one of two vegetarian options for sandwiches. It was quite good. The Mac and cheese reminded me of the Panera bread Mac and cheese which is pretty good. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Great place for lunch.
