TGI Fridays

Being a Friday's strip member I used my rewards to get a free meal. I ordered the ribs, broccoli and fries. The service was awesome and we had a wonderful waitress Nicole who made the visit a very pleasant one. She was very knowledgeable with the menu and provided good suggestions regarding the menu.

I would have given it four stars but the closing times vary depending on business even if it is posted in the window if I was the general manager or owner of this location I would not post a closing time because of you post 2 a.m. customers will expect less calls to be around 1:45 at least that will give them a heads up or even 1:30 a.m. because I am a loyal and return customer and have been for over 5 years I just think that it's a shame that you come in around 1 to 1:30 a.m. after work or any other occasion just for drinks and they decide to not serve you because they are closing at 2 you guys need to decide what you want to do if you want to have loyal and return customers.

Food was excellent! However the service was not. After placing our order we didn't see our wait staff until the food came out which was disappointing because many of our party needed refills on our beverages. One member of our party's fries came out cold. To be fair, they brought new fries quickly. The wait staff was friendly, just not particularly on top of things.
