Advertised as a fancy must go for a romantic Valentine's day dinner....it wasn't. It was a bar with a bar menu. Great drink selection and good looking bar snacks. Nothing fancy though
Trademark eat and drink and the Westin hotel that is attached to it were recently bought out. Underneath the new owners there have been several small changes to the bar, as well as some staff turnover.
I give this 4 stars instead of 5 because the staff that they lost were amazing and made it feel like I was always known, remembered, and welcome. Of the members that remain and a few of the new ones that I have gotten to know they have an incredible service and continue to provide amazing drinks.
I think the quality of the food has changed a little bit since the purchase but it could have just been an off couple of days when I was there. I wish they would be able to serve drinks with brunch rather than having to wait for the bar manager coming in after 2 pm.
I highly recommend to everyone: order the trademark Manhattan in an order of loaded fries. Or their really amazing mac and cheese.
Food was unimpressive, happy hour for the area was over priced. It had a good selection of beer. Bit the overall experience was meh. If you are staying in the hotel above and don't feel like walking a quarter of a mile to old town then this is the place for you.
Decent food. Not the cheapest of places. Decent happy hour. It's everything you expect from a bar/restaurant in a Westin.
Part of the Westin hotel, it has nice styling and decor. The crab cake sandwich with the optional fries in a small bucket was tasty. Service was reasonable. For some reason, generating receipts for six people turned out to be half-hour long struggle.
