Atlantis Pizzeria and Family Restaurant

Favorite local diner with Greek and Italian food. A host of sandwiches are favorite. Bustling on a weekend, with long term employees. A west Alexandria staple in the Bradlee Shopping Center.

Absolutely lovely staff, very clean restaurant and kitchen area, delicious breakfast and dinner food (especially the pizza), and quite inexpensive.

This restaurant is always busy during different times of day, but the staff have been very efficient every time I've dinned or ordered takeout. Expect a an extra wait for takeout during busy nights due to the sheer amount of patrons.

Family Diner Feeling!
I have been going to Atlantis for many years. My friend, Marie, & I go there after Saturday mass. Mona is our favorite server. Great breakfasts! The best Greek Avgolemono soup! A few suggestions: Steak & Cheese meat needs to be chopped when cooked & not served in one "block" piece, serve tomatoes when red, not yellow or green, and, please put more Cheese on the Steak & "Cheese."

I've been going to Atlantis since moving to the area over 20 years ago. Large, generous portions, and everything is absolutely delicious. They have a great breakfast menu as well. One of the best in my opinion and one of my most favorite restaurants I've ever been to in my 56 years.

We visited for brunch the day after Christmas and they were very accommodating. We had 3 kids 3 and under and so they placed us on the overflow side so the kids could cry and move around without bothering other patrons. That really makes the meal less stressful for parents. The food was great, hot when it arrived. Bacon was crispy but not burned. Grits cooked perfectly as was the omelet. French toast was devoured by my 3yr old. Service was great, they were quick to refill drinks and got all orders correct even with multiple substitutes for this or that. Everyone was very pleasant and accommodating.
I have also been to this restaurant for dinner and we Love their pizza!
